Returns and Order Cancellations
As most TzaddiMADE items are made to order, no returns are accepted. Should you find your product is flawed, please email us for a resolution.
If you make a mistake in your order, email us right away. If we catch it in time, we can cancel the order and correct it.
Fine Art Prints
Fine art prints are printed in Vancouver, BC using archival inks and acid free archival paper to ensure longevity, colour fidelity and gallery quality results. Prints are signed and delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
Unless already in-stock, prints are available on a pre-order basis. Pre-orders may take up to 6 weeks for production and delivery. Feel free to inquire about the next production date if time is of the essence for you.
Shipping
Shipping to Canada and the US is via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and includes tracking. Please inquire for shipping beyond Canada/US.
Apparel and Accessories
TzaddiMADE products are produced in Canada from original designs and artwork by Tzaddi Gordon.
We aim to produce high quality goods as ethically as possible which includes minimizing waste through print-on-demand.
Production Timelines
On-demand production allow us to produce only what's desired and to minimize waste. It also means that some production time is required before your order can be shipped. Typical production by our Canadian suppliers is 5-8 business days. It varies by product type, order size, and other factors; if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. Note that Fine Art Prints have a different timeline, see above.
Shipping
Shipping to Canada is via Canada Post Expedited Parcel; estimated delivery time is 1-7 business days and includes tracking.
Shipping to US is via USPS Priority or First Class; estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days and includes tracking. Packages are shipped from Champlain, NY.
